Connecting the Next Generation of ECMO Leaders
The NextGen Mentorship Programme is a EuroELSO initiative that connects students, trainees, early-career professionals, and experienced mentors across the global ECLS community. Through structured mentor–mentee partnerships, participants receive personalised guidance in clinical practice, research, education, technical development, leadership, and career progression. Matched according to their backgrounds and aspirations, mentors and mentees work together through regular meetings, goal setting, and collaboration to support professional growth and strengthen the future of ECMO and ECLS.
